1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Flowideo, operated by Genez LLC ("Flowideo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Flowideo turns prompts and uploaded media into finished short videos using third-party AI models, and offers tools to repurpose long videos into clips. Outputs are generated by AI and may vary in quality; we do not guarantee any specific result.
3. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flowideo to create or upload content that:
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- depicts a real person without their consent (including deepfakes / voice clones);
- is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful;
- impersonates others or is intended to deceive or defraud.
You are solely responsible for the prompts and media you provide and for how you use the videos you generate, including obtaining any rights or permissions and complying with the policies of the platforms where you publish.
5. Credits & payments
- Flowideo is pay-as-you-go: you add funds to a US-dollar wallet and pay per output. Prices are computed by us from the work performed; no monetary amount is set by the client.
- No charge on failure: a failed generation or render is not charged.
- Balance expiry: purchased balance expires 12 months after each top-up.
- Except where required by law, payments and consumed balance are non-refundable. Card processing is provided by Stripe under its own terms.
6. Intellectual property
- Your content: you retain ownership of the prompts and media you upload and, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers, of the videos you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store and deliver them to you.
- Our platform: Flowideo, its software, branding and finishing technology remain our property.
- AI-generated output may not be eligible for certain IP protections and may resemble other outputs; you are responsible for verifying your right to use it.
7. Third-party AI
Outputs are produced using third-party models (e.g. Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs). Their behavior is outside our control and your use may also be subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genez LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Flowideo in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Affiliate program
If we approve you as an affiliate, the following additional terms apply:
- Enrolment: participation is by application and subject to our approval. We may decline, suspend or revoke participation at our discretion.
- Referrals & attribution: you receive a referral link. A new user is attributed to you on a first-touch basis (the first affiliate link they arrive through, stored in a cookie) and bound to you when they create an account. Attribution and all commission amounts are determined solely by our server-side records.
- Commission: you earn a commission (by default 20%) of the amounts the users you refer actually pay us for wallet top-ups, for as long as they remain a customer ("lifetime"). We compute commissions from our records; we may set or change the rate for future earnings.
- Payouts: earned commission accrues as a pending balance and is paid out manually by us, out of band, on no fixed schedule. We may require a minimum balance, identity or tax details before paying. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
- Adjustments: we may withhold, reverse or cancel commissions arising from refunds, chargebacks, expired or unpaid balances, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- Prohibited conduct: you may not refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, use spam, bid on our trademarks in paid search, make misleading claims, or use any deceptive or unlawful promotion. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
- Relationship: the affiliate program does not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and us. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
